Yes. As long as your membership remains active, Armoire does not require you to return a piece simply because a month has passed. You can continue wearing items you like and return them when you are ready to rotate your case.
What if I want more clothing than my regular Armoire case allows?
Armoire currently lets members add bonus items to a shipment for $20 per additional piece. The company also offers seasonal capsule rentals that can provide extra wardrobe space without occupying the usual case slots.
Can I buy an Armoire piece instead of returning it?
Some items in your current case can be purchased through the "Buy" option in your account. Pricing and any available discounts can change, and Armoire states that purchases are final.
Do I need to wash or dry-clean Armoire clothing before returning it?
No. Professional cleaning is handled by Armoire as part of the membership, so rented clothing can be returned without laundering it yourself.
What happens if an Armoire item is accidentally damaged?
Ordinary wear and minor damage are covered as part of the rental service. Damage that makes an item unusable, as well as lost or stolen pieces, may result in a charge equal to the item's member purchase price.
Where does Armoire currently deliver?
Armoire currently ships within the United States and does not offer international delivery. PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are also excluded. Standard shipments typically arrive within two to three business days, although delivery dates are not guaranteed.
What should I know before canceling an Armoire membership?
Cancellation can be submitted before the next billing date, with access continuing through the end of the current billing period. Membership charges and purchases are non-refundable, and prepaid multi-month plans do not receive refunds for unused time.
How does an Armoire gift membership work after the gifted period ends?
A payment method is still required when activating a gift membership. Once the gifted membership period finishes, the account can begin billing automatically on the existing plan unless the member changes the plan or cancels beforehand.
Can Armoire help if I do not want to build my own case?
Yes. Personal styling is included with membership. You can ask for general styling advice or request help assembling a case, which can be useful when dressing for a particular event, work setting, season, or fit preference.
