We do not sell products or services directly. The coupon codes and deals displayed on the Platform are sourced from publicly available information and from contributions made by our user community.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date coupon codes and deals, Promizi does not guarantee the validity, accuracy, or availability of any coupon code, discount, or promotional offer listed on the Platform. Coupon codes are provided by third-party retailers and our user community; they may expire, change, or become invalid at any time without notice. Verification badges and success rates reflect community-reported data and are not a guarantee that a code will work for every transaction.

You acknowledge that Promizi is not responsible for any inability to redeem a code or for any discrepancy between the described discount and the discount actually applied by a retailer.

4. User-Submitted Content

4.1 Submissions

Users may submit coupon codes, deals, reviews, votes, and other content ("User Content") to the Platform. By submitting User Content, you grant Promizi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

4.2 Responsibility

You represent and warrant that any User Content you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, and does not contain misleading, defamatory, or unlawful material. Promizi reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse any User Content at our sole discretion without prior notice.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, fabricated, or intentionally misleading coupon codes or deal information.
• Manipulate voting, success rates, or any community verification mechanism.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to scrape, reproduce, or interact with the Platform in bulk without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or its databases.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform or the experience of other users.
• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, and other materials on the Platform (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Promizi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use in connection with browsing and using the Platform as intended.

Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners. Their presence on Promizi is for informational identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those brands.

6. Third-Party Links and Retailers

The Platform contains links to third-party retailer websites. When you click a coupon link or visit a retailer through Promizi, you leave our Platform and interact with a separate website governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Promizi is not responsible for the content, products, services, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Your dealings with third-party retailers are solely between you and that retailer.

Some links on the Platform may be affiliate links. This means Promizi may earn a commission if you make a purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the coupon codes we display or the community verification data we present.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROMIZI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY COUPON CODE WILL RESULT IN A DISCOUNT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROMIZI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Promizi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights; or (d) any User Content you submit.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Promizi is operated from the European Union and serves users worldwide, with a primary focus on U.S. shoppers. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the EU member state in which Promizi is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the EU member state in which Promizi is established. For users located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Promizi regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
