How Promizi lists offers
Where our coupon and deal information comes from, how codes are ordered, and how to tell us when something is wrong.
Where offer information comes from
Offers on Promizi come from three places:
- Codes and deals added by the Promizi team.
- Codes submitted by shoppers. Submissions are held for review and are not shown publicly until they are approved.
- Offers provided by brands that work with Promizi through the partner program.
Discount details, terms and expiry dates are set by each store. Stores can change or end an offer at any time without telling us, so a listing can be out of date.
Promo codes vs live deals
A promo code is a code you copy and enter at checkout.
A live deal is a promotion that does not require a promo code. Promizi sends shoppers to the merchant's website so they can browse current sales or promotions. Any saving comes from the store's own promotion. We label the two differently so you know which one you are using.
Shopper feedback
Shoppers can report whether a promo code worked. That feedback helps Promizi evaluate offer quality and can influence how codes are ordered. Public percentage success rates are not currently displayed on coupon cards.
Not every code has shopper feedback yet, particularly newly added codes. Feedback reflects what shoppers reported. It does not guarantee a code will work for you, because codes can depend on your region, basket or the products you buy.
How codes are ordered
Promizi uses multiple signals to decide how promo codes are ordered, including where the code came from, shopper feedback, engagement with an offer and other offer-quality signals such as the size of the discount. Codes with sustained negative feedback can move lower on the page. Ordering may change as new feedback and other signals become available.
Paid Featured and Featured+ placements do not change the order of codes on a brand page.
Expired and non-working codes
When a code's listed expiry date passes, it moves out of the active list and into a separate “Recently expired codes” section on the brand page. Expired codes are not counted as active offers.
Codes without an expiry date stay listed until feedback or a report shows they no longer work. The Promizi team can then demote or deactivate them.
Affiliate relationships
Promizi is free to use. Official Promizi Partner status is free. Promizi also offers separate paid Featured and Featured+ options for brands that want additional visibility or an expanded presence on the site. Some outbound merchant links are affiliate or referral links, and Promizi may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. The price you pay stays the same.
Paid Featured placements appear in dedicated featured sections, such as featured brands on the homepage, and are labelled as featured. Affiliate and referral links are marked as sponsored in the page code.
Reporting incorrect information
If a code did not work, report it on the coupon card. That feedback changes how the code is ordered. For anything else, such as a wrong expiry date, a broken link or misleading details, use the contact page.
Corrections from brands
Brands can ask us to correct or remove an offer, update brand details or change a logo. Contact us through the contact page or email partnerships@promizi.com. Please include the brand page URL and what needs to change.
