GetYourGuide Promo Codes & Coupons — 5% Off — October 2026

Often, yes. Unless an activity lists different terms, GetYourGuide's standard policy provides a full refund when you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Some activities have stricter or more flexible rules, so always check the cancellation terms shown on the individual booking.

Some bookings can be rescheduled or amended through GetYourGuide, subject to availability and the activity provider's conditions. Changes should be made through the GetYourGuide platform rather than arranged informally with the guide, especially when the date, time, or participant count affects your ticket.

Not always. Many activities accept a mobile voucher displayed on your phone, while others require a downloadable PDF, printed voucher, or ticket exchange at the venue. The confirmation and activity page tell you exactly what needs to be presented.

The meeting point or pickup instructions are included with the booking information and voucher. Check them before leaving your hotel, since some tours start at a specific entrance, landmark, office, or pickup zone rather than directly at the attraction.

If the supplier cancels an activity, GetYourGuide will normally contact you about the change and the available resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may involve a refund or an alternative arrangement. Keep your email address and phone number current because last-minute updates can be sent through both.
