We're glad you're considering joining Promizi. These terms are designed to explain the Program clearly, including participation, sharing, attribution, rewards, and account support.
1. About the Program
These terms govern participation in the Promizi Community Partner and Ambassador Program (the “Program”). Promizi is operated from the European Union. The Program allows eligible participants (“Ambassadors”) to receive a Promizi Referral Code and Promizi Referral Link, refer shoppers or brands, view tracked activity, and participate in eligible reward opportunities. 2. Eligibility and enrollment
The Program welcomes people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. Please provide complete, accurate enrollment information and keep it current so Promizi can support your participation. By checking the terms box and submitting the enrollment form, you accept these terms.
3. Referral Codes and links
Your Promizi Referral Code and Promizi Referral Link are provided for Program participation. Promizi retains ownership and control of Program identifiers and may correct, replace, suspend, or revoke a code or link for security, integrity, inactivity, mistaken issuance, infringement, abuse, or Program administration. Codes are not transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or shared as another person's identifier.
4. Permitted promotion
You may share Promizi through truthful content, social media, websites, newsletters, messages, communities, and word of mouth. Your promotion must be accurate, lawful, respectful of third-party rights, and consistent with the rules of the service where it appears. You must make clear that you are an independent participant and not a Promizi employee, agent, or authorized spokesperson.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not make false or misleading claims; impersonate Promizi or another person; use deceptive redirects, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, unsolicited bulk messages, paid search bidding on Promizi trademarks, misleading domains, automated traffic, bots, fabricated transactions, self-referrals, duplicate identities, or stolen content; interfere with attribution; offer unauthorized incentives; or promote unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or harmful material. You may not claim that rewards, savings, or results are guaranteed.
6. Required disclosure
Whenever you promote Promizi or an opportunity and may receive a reward, you must make a clear and conspicuous disclosure close to the promotion. A suitable example is: “I may earn a reward if you use my Promizi Referral Link or Promizi Referral Code.” You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection, and platform rules.
7. Attribution and tracking
Attribution may depend on a shopper using your Promizi Referral Link, entering your valid Promizi Referral Code, accepting or retaining relevant cookies, completing eligible activity within an applicable tracking window, and Promizi receiving sufficient information from a merchant or service provider. Browser settings, blocked cookies, device changes, another referral, delayed or missing merchant data, returns, cancellations, or technical limitations may prevent attribution. Code entry or a link visit alone does not establish confirmed shopping or create a reward. When evidence conflicts, Promizi may determine attribution in good faith using available records.
8. Reward eligibility
A reward is eligible only when all published conditions for the relevant opportunity are met and Promizi can verify the qualifying activity. Shopping rewards vary by store and purchase and may be calculated only after supported referred shopping is confirmed. A Featured+ brand referral currently pays $75 only when the referred brand satisfies the applicable requirements, uses the Ambassador's valid Referral Code where requested, receives approval, and completes the required Featured+ purchase. Brand introductions that do not complete Featured+ are not eligible for that reward.
9. Other opportunities and no earnings guarantee
Promizi may offer fixed, campaign-based, discretionary, or performance-based opportunities. Requirements may relate to eligible traffic, confirmed shopping, referrals, content, engagement, reach, coupon contributions, brand introductions, or other stated results. Terms for a specific opportunity control if they conflict with these general terms. Participation does not guarantee any reward, minimum earnings, opportunity, campaign selection, or payment amount. Published amounts and opportunities may change prospectively.
10. Review, payment, and adjustments
Promizi may review activity before approving a reward and may delay payment while activity is pending, disputed, returned, cancelled, duplicated, or under investigation. When an approved reward is ready, Promizi will provide the applicable delivery instructions. You are responsible for accurate payout information and any taxes, reporting, charges, or obligations that apply to you. Promizi may correct records or reverse rewards credited in error or tied to ineligible activity.
11. Fraud and abuse
Promizi may monitor Program activity and request reasonable supporting information. Attempts to manipulate traffic, attribution, purchases, code entry, campaign metrics, identities, or reward records are prohibited. Promizi may reject activity, withhold or reverse rewards, disable codes, suspend access, or terminate participation where it reasonably believes fraud, abuse, manipulation, or a material rules violation has occurred.
12. Suspension, termination, and forfeiture
You may stop participating at any time. Promizi may suspend or terminate your participation immediately for prohibited conduct, legal or security risk, fraud, abuse, material breach, reputational harm, or conduct that undermines the Program. Promizi may also end the Program or terminate participation for administrative reasons with reasonable notice where practicable. Unapproved, pending, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise ineligible rewards may be forfeited. Properly approved rewards earned before an ordinary administrative termination remain subject to verification, adjustment, and these terms.
13. Program changes
Promizi may modify these terms, reward amounts, eligibility requirements, tracking methods, available opportunities, or the Program. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless an earlier application is required by law or is necessary to address fraud, abuse, security, or an obvious error. Continuing to participate after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Intellectual property
Promizi names, marks, designs, content, and materials remain the property of Promizi or their respective owners. Promizi grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use approved Program materials solely to participate lawfully in the Program. You must stop using them when requested or when participation ends.
15. Privacy
Promizi handles personal information in accordance with the Promizi Privacy Policy. Program administration may require processing enrollment details, referral and attribution records, activity, communications, and reward information. For privacy questions, please use the Promizi contact page.
16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” Promizi does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free tracking, continued availability of any merchant, campaign, or opportunity, or any particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, Promizi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the Program. Promizi's aggregate liability relating to the Program will not exceed the rewards paid or payable to you during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Governing law
These terms and any non-contractual matter arising from them are governed by applicable European Union law and the law of the European Union member state in which Promizi is established. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protections or rights available to you in your country of residence.
18. General
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without Promizi's written consent. These terms, together with any specific opportunity terms and policies expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement about the Program and replace prior statements on the same subject.
