Foremost Hat Promo Code & Coupons — 10% Off — October 2026

It depends on how you order. In-stock blank hats sold through Foremost Hat's regional storefronts currently have no minimum. The main manufacturing site lists custom-logo programs from 48 pieces and fully custom development from 500 pieces, while some U.S. storefront customization pages advertise single-piece custom-logo orders. For larger projects, confirm the applicable channel before ordering.

Yes. Foremost Hat offers samples for both stock and custom projects. Stock samples can ship quickly, while custom-logo and fully developed samples take longer because artwork, materials, and construction need to be prepared first. Sample fees may be credited back when a bulk production order is confirmed.

Logo customization starts with an existing Foremost Hat style and adds elements such as embroidery, printing, patches, or branded labels. Full Custom goes much further, allowing you to define the shape, panels, fabric, trims, hardware, labels, and packaging from the ground up.

Foremost Hat accepts common formats such as JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, and EPS. A vector file is usually the best choice for embroidery, patches, and other precise decoration because it gives the production team cleaner artwork to work from.

Yes. Custom projects include a proof or sample approval stage. It is important to review this carefully because Foremost Hat's current custom policy gives customers three business days to respond; if no feedback is received, production may proceed using the approved or default sample specifications.

Timing depends on the service. Custom decoration on existing styles can take roughly 10–20 days after sample approval, while fully custom production is commonly listed at around 30–45 days after the final pre-production sample is signed off. Special fabrics, tooling, or complicated construction can add more time.

For many stock styles, yes. The U.S. storefront allows buyers to select multiple colors and quantities within the same order using its bulk-order tools. Fully custom production may have different color minimums, so larger factory-direct programs should be quoted separately.

Custom products are normally final sale, but Foremost Hat makes an exception for manufacturing mistakes that do not match the approved mockup or sample. Depending on the issue, the company may provide rework, replacement, or another resolution after reviewing the order.

The U.S. wholesale store currently accepts qualifying sizing returns for blank products if the request is started within seven days of delivery. Products must remain unused and undecorated, and the customer is responsible for return shipping on sizing-related returns.

No. Foremost Hat's current return policy excludes merchandise that has been embroidered, printed, washed, or otherwise modified. It is therefore worth inspecting blank hats for sizing, color, quantity, and defects before sending them for decoration.
