The teas are made from dried and cut herbs and are intended for steeping, while the liquid extracts give you a more concentrated format that can be measured by the dropper. Wildfield Herbs says its teas contain no flavour enhancers or additives, while its extracts use purified water and plant-based glycerin.

Yes. Wildfield Herbs describes its glycerin-based liquid extracts as alcohol-free and sugar-free, without artificial additives. Check the individual product label as well, since ingredients and suggested amounts can vary between herbs.

Directions depend on the product, so follow the suggested use shown on its label or product page. Wildfield Herbs generally recommends measuring the stated amount, taking it directly or diluting it in water, and shaking the bottle before use.

Wildfield Herbs says its teas and liquid extracts are entirely plant-based and contain no animal-derived ingredients, and that it does not conduct animal testing. The brand also states that it does not use genetically modified ingredients.

The herbs are sourced globally rather than from one country. Individual product listings or labels identify the country or region of origin where applicable, so check the specific herb you are buying if provenance is important to you.

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For liquid extracts, also follow any storage directions printed on the bottle and do not use the product if its safety seal is damaged.

Not necessarily. Wildfield Herbs advises anyone who is pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition to speak with a qualified healthcare professional before using its herbal products. The products should also be kept out of reach of children and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

The current Shipping & Delivery page says selected international destinations are available and that eligible countries appear at checkout. However, the site's Terms currently states that the store sells exclusively to customers in the United States, so shoppers outside the U.S. should confirm whether their address is accepted at checkout before ordering. International orders, where available, may also be subject to local customs duties or import taxes.

Wildfield Herbs sends tracking information by email after an order ships, although the tracking link can take up to 24 hours to become active. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact the brand within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number plus clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label.

Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but they must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Returns need approval before being sent back, and opened teas or extracts, sale items, gift cards, perishable goods and personalised products are not returnable. Wildfield Herbs does not offer direct exchanges; for a different product, return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
