Start by adjusting the diopter until the on-screen text and icons look sharp, then use the objective focus for the distance you are viewing. If the image still looks noisy or washed out, reduce brightness or contrast and try a different thermal palette.

Yes. Thermal imaging detects heat rather than relying on visible light, so compatible Mileseey Optics monoculars can be used during the day or at night. However, avoid leaving the objective lens pointed directly at the sun, as concentrated sunlight can damage a thermal sensor.

No. Thermal imagers generally cannot produce a useful view through ordinary glass because the glass blocks much of the infrared energy they detect. A window will usually show its own surface temperature or reflected heat instead.

Remove loose dust with a blower first, then use a lens-safe wipe or tissue. Mileseey Optics advises against touching the germanium lens directly or cleaning it with alcohol or harsh solvents, since the optical coating can be damaged.

Recording capability depends on the model. TNV10 Pro supports photos and video, while TNV60 Pro also offers onboard recording. TNV30 can capture still images but does not currently support internal video recording, so check the exact model if recording is important to you.

Yes. IONJET 2 supports switching between yards and meters, while IONJET8 offers yards, feet, and meters. Available measurement modes differ by model, so settings should be checked in the corresponding manual or quick-start guide.

Selected products do. IONJET8 can connect to the Mileseey Optics app over Bluetooth for functions such as profile syncing and firmware updates, while certain thermal products offer mobile or wireless connectivity for viewing and file transfer. App features are model-specific rather than standard across the full range.

Battery life varies by model and by features such as wireless connections, recording, display settings, and ambient temperature. Mileseey Optics also has some inconsistent battery figures between individual product and support pages, so the latest model-specific specification page and manual are the safest references before purchasing.

Products purchased directly from mileseeyoptics.com can currently be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt when they meet the return conditions. Non-defective returns normally require the customer to pay return shipping, while approved manufacturing-defect returns may qualify for prepaid return shipping.

Mileseey Optics currently states that its thermal monoculars and laser rangefinders include a 5-year limited warranty. However, service outside the original country of purchase may be restricted, and international shipping, customs, or other cross-border costs can sometimes be the customer's responsibility. Purchases through third-party marketplaces may also follow the seller or platform's warranty process.
