How Promizi Checks Promo Codes
We track published offers and real shopper feedback to help you find codes worth trying. A Reported working label means a shopper recently confirmed that a code worked. Community checkout verified means at least 10 different shoppers confirmed the code applied at checkout in the last 7 days. These are shopper reports, not independent tests; Independently checkout tested is reserved for codes with a documented checkout test.

PONGBOT Promo Code Guide
A PONGBOT ball machine is a sizeable purchase, so first decide whether you want programmable feeds or adaptive practice. The Pace S and Pace S Pro are tennis machines; the brand also sells table-tennis robots and newer multi-court concepts.
Before checkout
Apply a PONGBOT promo code to the exact robot model and accessories, checking whether the battery, remote, tracking components and any protective cover are included.
Other ways to save
The store advertises regional delivery benefits, but change-of-mind returns can mean paying to ship a heavy machine back.

About shopping at PONGBOT
The Pro’s tracking features add setup steps as well as training options.
Check the exact sport and training features
Pace S and Pace S Pro target tennis, while Nova, Omni and Halo devices are table-tennis robots. If you need movement tracking or adaptive drills, compare the Pro package and required accessories rather than assuming the entry model offers the same features.
App setup and replacement parts are part of ownership
PONGBOT provides a mobile app and remote-control workflow. Its support centre explains Bluetooth pairing and help for ball jams. Verify the package components and available replacements before deciding whether the more advanced model will suit your routine.
A heavy-machine return changes the calculation
Published product FAQs say some US and European returns go to local warehouses, with other regions potentially sending equipment to China. Check the exact delivery country and your likely return freight before comparing a lower upfront price.
The reason for returning determines the postage
For an eligible reported defect, PONGBOT says it covers return shipping. For a change of mind within 30 days, the customer pays shipping and must contact support to arrange the return. Warranty service after that window is not the same as a general refund entitlement.
How to Use a PONGBOT Promo Code
1. Find a coupon
Choose a PONGBOT coupon code that suits your purchase and select Get Promo Code.
2. Apply your discount
Add your items at PONGBOT, enter the promo code at checkout and select Apply.
3. Check the total
Confirm that the discount reduces an eligible item price, shipping cost or your order total before paying.
If the code doesn't apply
Check which robot and tracking components are included, destination charges and the applicable shipping cost of a return.
- Compare your basket with the offer terms shown on the code (selected items, minimum spend, first order).
- Remove other discounts or sale items, since PONGBOT may not allow promotions to combine.
- Re-enter the code exactly as shown, without spaces.

PONGBOT FAQs
Answers to common questions about PONGBOT, its products, offers, and promo codes.
Are there any active PONGBOT promo codes at the moment?
Yes. Promizi currently lists 1 active promo code for PONGBOT. Availability changes over time, so check the current list before using a code.
Which PONGBOT machine is best for tennis training?
Pace S is the more straightforward smart tennis option, while Pace S Pro adds advanced movement tracking, full-court placement, higher-level training features, and a large drill library. Aura is better suited to players who want one portable machine for tennis, pickleball, and padel rather than maximum tennis-specific performance.
Does PONGBOT require an app to use the machine?
Many PONGBOT models can be controlled through the PONGBOT app, which is used for drill selection, customization, settings, and other smart features. Pace models also include remote control, while app use requires Bluetooth and, for some functions, an internet connection.
What type of tennis balls work best with PONGBOT?
PONGBOT recommends pressureless tennis balls for regular machine practice. Standard pressurized competition balls and padel balls are also supported on compatible machines, while low-compression balls are not recommended because they may cause inconsistent feeding or jams.
Can I use a PONGBOT tennis machine on different court surfaces?
Yes. PONGBOT states that Pace machines can be used on clay, hard, artificial grass, and natural grass courts. Padel practice is also supported, although available drills and features can depend on the model.
What is the difference between PONGBOT table tennis robots?
Nova S Pro is the lightest current option and uses manual side-spin adjustment, while Omni S Plus and Omni S Pro add automatic adjustment and broader spin customization. Halo S Pro sits at the higher end with a larger preset drill library and integrated ball-recycling setup.
What happens if my PONGBOT develops a fault?
PONGBOT asks customers to contact technical support first so the problem can be diagnosed. If a replaceable part is responsible, the company may provide the part free during the applicable warranty period, while out-of-warranty replacement parts may need to be purchased separately.
Can I return a PONGBOT if it is not right for me?
PONGBOT currently allows returns within 30 days. If the return is caused by a confirmed technical fault, the company states that it can cover return shipping for a refund or replacement. For preference-based returns, the customer generally pays the return shipping cost.
When do I enter my PONGBOT promo code during checkout?
Copy a current PONGBOT promo code from Promizi and enter it in the promo or discount code field at checkout. Check that the discount has been applied before completing your purchase.
What can I try if my PONGBOT promo code is rejected?
Check that the code was copied correctly, then review any eligibility or expiry information associated with the offer and follow the redemption instructions provided by PONGBOT. If it still does not work, the code may have expired or changed; PONGBOT is the authoritative source for its current terms.
